need help badly launcher is idk >.<

everytime i open the knightonline program and it shows the launcher then a box pops up and says cannot connect too FTP.server please refer too homepage for anouncemen... thats what it says in the header of the box then inside theres a red X and says download.knightonlineworld.com


i restarted my computer and everything even reinstalled the game anyone know what too do?


btw i have windows vista and yes i right clicked and clicked "run as administrator"

and i tried turning off firewall(s) and other protection stuff

file transfer protocal its for transfering files like patches,updates,mods if you have it thats prolly the problem.
