    well i have a problem for a long time alrdy .

    at first the forgotten password feature , when i was pressing it and putting my acc id , it said email was sent to ur mail. i log my mail and no mail recived .

    anyhow now with this new security things i cant even log the site.
    while pressing "lost my key"
    it say emails has been sent to ***.walla.com

    but no email arrive . i guess im not getting thier emails to my mail however the cs tickets i send and thier answers arrive to my mail i guess they sent by disserent email.

    my email is ****.walla.com

    what should i do ?

    create new acc and send them a ticket or ??

    If you are currently having problems with receiving the email to activate your Knight Online account after the new account security system (3 Secret Questions) went live, please login to the website and click the "Resend the Activation Key" button to resend the key to the email that you registered your account under.
