open a cmd window type ipconfig/flushdns and push enter

also yurn off any antivirus program or any spyware stopper

if this does not work try reinstalling the game

type in cmd and push enter
then when the window pops up type ipconfig/flushdns then hit enter

I think you need the space...

ipconfig /flushdns

If that doesn't help, then also from the command prompt try:

tracert download.knightonlineworld.com

If it starts timing out and not getting through, then there is an internet problem stopping you from reaching the server.

Have you tried skipping the launcher?

Right-click + drag the knightonline.exe file, release it and select "Create Shortcut"

Right-click the shortcut and select Properties, in the target box, add to the end

{space}USA_KnightOnline

where the {space} is just a normal space.

Then try to run the shortcut.
