    I recently bought a new laptop and now youtube HD is lagging for some reason. It didt lag before i installed all the windows updates but now after SP 2 its like watching screenshots :S

    try deleting the youtube flashplayer addon from your browser and reinstalling

    btw did you google the problem?

    right click => deactive hardware accelarator

    right click inside any flash object and you get the menu.

    could also be because of outdated or incompatible video drivers.

    Device manager>Network adapters>What ever lan card u have>settings>Advanced> change duplex value to auto... Why? Streaming vids is running in UDP packets, not tcp packets, so if you run half/full duplex your lan card will prioritise tcp packets as highest, this will make you udp packes slow down, and ur vids lag
