I need some tips on how to resolve this freezing issue of mine. Im pretty sure im alone as everyone around me ingame is still attacking and stuff while im freezing in and out regularily or rather they r all freezing from my point of view, i can run around but everyone is just standing there. The mobs r also still. To me its some kind of networking problem, since I can move. Problem is I dont know what.

Ive tried turning of Kaspersky but no change. Have installed nothing at the time this started.

What to try next? Or just wait and hope the problem is my ISP and it will be fixed?

EDIT: Also have unistalled and reinstalled KO.
