no memery size

ok when i go to desktop, properties, settings, advanced ,and adapter my memory size is unavailable.

is there a disk that can install it? bc i erased my computer and it had 36k b4 i belive, now its unaviable, maybe i have a disk that can fix that?


i just need help for now bc i cant play KO :mellow: and yea i already made a post about this im sorry for spamming lol but im bored out of my mind :lol:
