    why do i get 1 fps every few seconds?
    or when i do any skills i just freezes on the spot for a while.

    ive got a reasonable graphic card, so i dont know why this is happening.

    1 gig ram.
    i get like 65-67 fps usually then i just freezes on the spot when i do something.
