need help wit gamecam

yo, i need help to find out how to make my gamecam work it gets me kinda mad that so many others can use it and some cant like me, everytime i run gamecam then ko the little box that shows wat ur recording dont show and if i hit hte hot key then "r" to record it shuts down. and this error box shows up wen i start ko

anyone know how to deal wit this?
