Lag/DC

Every minute or so I get a 3-5 second lag where I can move around, but everything stops moving and then moves very fast. Also I am getting DC'd if I go afk for more then 10minutes. It happens in merch mode more then just afk sitting somewhere though.

when u stop and eveyrhting starts moving fast is beacasue "SUDDEN LAGS" usualy happens when your internet connection is low. usualy its on wireless hapens to me if u have lime wire open it usualy realy bad.

Sounds like something is regularly happening on your network connection. Anything else open which might be refreshing over the network every minute? I know various websites with messenger apps auto-refresh on a regular interval to check for new messages. While this shouldn't make much impact on your gameplay, if your connection is under heavy usage it might just make the difference.

As for the DC in merchant mode... wedge down your left or right arrow key so you character spins on the floor... This makes your game send packets to the server so you don't get a timeout DC as easily. It's not guaranteed, but it seems to help.
