Need some HELP!!!!

i manually downloaded the 2 new patches and the game opens up and everythin, but when i try to load my char it wont load it and the game quits

Double check that you're using the KnightOnLine.exe from patch 1461.

I also got that problem a few minutes ago. Restarted my PC and now it's working fine.

I also got the same error when I ran KO with the 1640 exe though. I don't use the launcer, so I always find out the hard way when there's a patch.
