OMFG I OPEND KEYLOGGER ON MY COMP

I opend a KeyLogger on my comp, after I found out I opend it, I deleted it immidiatly.
I dont wanna go on site and change PW coz those bitches gonna find out my pass, and I dont wanna loggin KO coz they will also find my pass....
What am I doing to remove this shit from my comp?!!?!??!!?!?!?!?

1. go to your friend's computer, make a .txt file, write down your password and send the .txt to your computer.
2. download all possible antivirus software and scan your computer, you could probably also delete it manually if you know what kind of keylogger it is.

After you did all of this, enter your login name and password by copy pasting them or enter them like this:

for example (my login name is ImTheMan):
Type : Ghehegay, click with your mouse between the first "h" and first "e" and type first letter of ImTheMan), this way the keylogger will read: "ghehegayI" but infact it says "ghIehegay", anyway you get the picture.
If you want to be 100% safe format your computer.
