Error trying to Submit Ticket

It started 2 days ago, im trying to provide some additional info on my ticket

but after i click on the button "Submit Ticket", the window comes up with a messenge saying: "Invalid SLA"

any1 else got this?

I've seen couple people getting this error, I'm not sure what is causing the problem however try to delete cookies and temporary files then give it a shot.

You can also try using a different browser such as Opera, FireFox ect..

It seems like a problem with the website and not with you, You should just try again later or log out and log back in, then try.

Using a different browser didnt work.

Try Refreshing the page + deleting cookies / temporary internet files.

If more and more people are having this problem it might not be a problem on your side, but instead a problem with the website.

I asked couple people to check if they can support ticket ( about 6 of them), none of them had any problems... So I'm guessing you guys might be missing an update or somethin like that? Maybe some kind of ISP problem? or it could be just k2 being k2
