    if you are looking to cypher a character that has the nt receipt, the only way is to send a request to support for them to delete it. they might or might not respond... well because they suck. but when i cyphered a character before, that's what i did. good luck.

    Follow the instructions here to remove nt receipt(s). Took several tryes to remove all mine.
