Seal/Unseal issue

well i ordered a new Seal/Unseal PW
but it didnt work :S
I use Plat. Prem. and always when i put the
Item in and then the PW and press confirm nothing happens
it looks like it will seal but it dont....

(btw i know about the 1m)

When server is highly loaded it takes a while to seal/unseal, I remember once waiting close to 2 minutes for it to unseal.

thats sometimes what happens.

but most of the time for me, when the server is being jewish, i press OK, and then i walk a step (to get rid of the window) most of the time when i do this, the item is already sealed/unsealed, but it wont tell you in the "upgrade window" until a long time after

i pushed confirm, was afk
after about 5hours, i came back home same screen like i leaved :S

well the "secret answer" is the seal/unseal PW right?
