other way to upload patch?

is there another way to download the new patches besides from the launcher? it keeps getting hang..

go ftp://download.knightonlineworld.com download the new patch 1469(i think)

than open it copy/paste the files to ur ko foloder than go options and change the verison number from 1468 to 1469 should be done
