ntt forum login problem

hey there,

everytime after i clicked on the forum buttom it Pop up a message "! Your login session has been expired. Please login again." - and it threw mé back to the offlicial page.

i tried it with Windows Explorer and Firefox but both failed.
i use w8.1



edit* i logged into another acc and tada --> it works there
