OTP error

Hey,
I recently did a full system restore because my computer was bugging. After reinstalling USKO, I tried to install the any OTP. After installation when I tried to open it, I get the most unhelpful error message ever. Its just random question marks. I tried running it as administrator, I tried reinstalling. Everything but none of it worked and I dont know why.
I never had this issue before. Im running windows 7. Im not sure why this is happening...

Nevermind, I uninstalled restarted my computer and reinstalled. That seemed to fix it for whatever reason.
