OTP problem + NTTnow

im trying to verify my number on OTP but it gives me this error

"Failed to send authentication code. Please try again later.
Error returned[ERR: Cannot use Virtual Phone Number]"

Although im getting the code but i can't add it.

Also The NTTnow isn't working when i register. I add number and it gets me back to official website
