Paying premium and not receive it

Yesterday i bought premium with click and buy and all went fine. When i wanted relog, my premium wasnt activated but they took my money :angry: Is that happen to others players at them moment?

P.S : i cant even send a ticket becuz when i want login on kowebsite it says 404 not found.

Ya it happened to me when i put a KESN code in, I never got the premium.

I sent a CS in and they gave me a bunch of bullshit, so I gave up it was only a 5day prem or w/e they have

happens with c&b all the time Az it's why i stopped using them almost 2 years ago. it's gonna take awhile and a lot of support tickets to get it cleared up.
