PayPal Probelm

i have problem with paypal, i did new account and i need to write Expanded Use Number
what is it and where i get it?

Ok, Your setting up a paypal account and trying to add a credit card on it. Correct? If so, then go to https://www.paypal.com/creditcard , login to your paypal account, and select the credit card your adding, and click Complete expanded use enrollment. If you get the 'Enter Expanded Use Number' page, then enter your 4-digit Expanded Use Number and click Submit.

Look on your credit card statement and look for the number that goes along with the paypal deposit
