    Default PayPal problem

    i bought gold prem today w/ paypal..my bank acc was charged and i recieved transaction completed email from paypal... but k2 has yet to give me the gold prem.kc or trinas...tried to do cs ticket but said that they could not process it at this time...wtf...so what steps do i take now?
