Account blocked for error

Hi guys

The day 02/07/06 at time 21:58:00 my character is blocked. Banned for reason :

Payment Fraud. Payment Fraud. Chargeback granted.

But this isnt possible because i dont pay k2 since about 1 month

any know how I can do for resolve this error k2?

i think Payment Fraud is account terminated .....

which there is no way u can get it back unless u make new account and start contact them ...

Did you have someone else buy something for you on the account at any time? If they charged it back, you lose.

I successfully bought bronze premium 20 days ago and I have payment receipt too

Start sending in support tickets to them, file a complaint with paypal and the BBB and maybe even the DoCA for good measure.
