Changing Password

I want to change my password but I cant
I'm logging on the web site clicking my kol clicking reset/change password ..
I'm writing my old password and secret answer (Im sure about m secret answer)
but it says

Your information does not match. Please try again!

please help me what can I do?

you can make/use a different account to send a cs ticket about the problem. Remember new accts get three days premium

but they ask for last 4 digits use in the cc u last bout perm wit and the date so hows a new acct gonna help?

new account will let you submit a ticket when you can't with your main if you forgot password. mayeb i misunderstood and he can login in fine in which case he can send a cs ticket from that account. that's all you can do is submit a ticket to cs. nobody here can help you unless you are friends with someone who kows gm's well.
