when i to login My KOL, it says u have to log in first to aces costumer service, or username is wrong, but mostly the first. and i cant get forgot password too, but its the right one i know it. at forgot password it always says wrong verification code, wtf....
wow, after i made this topic it worked...before i couldnt use it for 5 hrs. how nice.
ok its back.
i had the same problem , sometimes it just don't work . at least that's what i'm guessing
