double click on Launcher.exe in your KnightOnline folder



or.. if that doesnt help

In 1475 or 1476 patch (I dont remember ) there is a file Launcher2.exe .
When you patch game to 1475 (or 1476) and then run KnightOnline , old launcher.exe gets deleted and replaced by Launcher2.exe
So download those patches and look in zip files if there is Launcher2.exe .Extract it in KO folder. and rename it to Launcher.exe and delete the old launcher.exe. (dunno if there is zip file for 1475.. if not download all patches from 1475 again)
