Is it possible to get more FPS on my laptop?

Is it still possible for my laptop to be more smooth? I'm having barely 20 fpses in game and I did almost everything what I could. I'm not playing on any USKO servers and my settings are put on the lowest ones, but fpses are still around 20 (between 8-10 in combat, which is really terrible) And today I decided to turn off the hibernation file (gained 2 gb cause of that) and moved pagefile.sys from C:// to D:// and didn't helped too.

Unfortunately i'm playing on my laptop also and i was wondering same thing.
