Check your server.ini must be writed only this :

DELETE ANY OTHER SERVER FROM LIST , LEFT ONLY LOGIN.KNIGHTONLINEWORLD.COM
In these 2 week i had to wait 2/3min for log in , after changed the server.ini ( my old server contains 14 ip ! ) now i can log in 15 sec .
