i bought today, still no answer, marloto said at least 1 week, but he stil has no prem yet, so.... xD
I'm waiting for mine as well. I've heard of it taking up to 12 days.
It's bullshit, we should receive our premium when we pay for it.
same thing happened to me, but they gave gold premium after 3 days of the purchase.
same shit here, waiting for gold premium 6 days -.-, all tickets I sent r escalated and nothing...
sent a ticket and they gave it to me 3 days later, just wait and hope for the best
still waiting for the escalated issue ticket. zzz i wanna go to war :<

yea this problems happend to me and 2 of my friends.
got it 5 days later with a 5 days more of premium so i got 35 gold premium service days left
