    i re-newed my bronze 2 days ago but i havent received yet.. i submitted a ticket about my problem..

    the answer is...
    Dear customer you have already received your purchased item on the given date, and you have 1days of premium left in your account. Thank you.
    now my bronze ran out.. i dunno what i have to do.. submitted one more ticket.. still waiting for response..
    any1 knows what to do?
