X-trap problem help pls

when i run knight onine via the launcher.
i press Start then while loading Step2 X-trap stuck. then nothing i see the X-trap and its KO dont run.
i tried to rest the computer i tried to wait i tried to uninstell ko nothing help .
oh and i dont have any anti virus or firewall the can block ...
pls help me thanks.

Start > Run > CMD > /Ipcofig/flushdns

Enter
