I sold account on 1guy. He change all infos and email. But he didnt resive email to active account. What shuld he do ? will email come cuz it need some time or what is that some bug, he change on gmail. I want hellp him much i can, i told him to send tickt.

any1 got same problem ? and how to fix it ?

There some emails that just dont recive from ko emails
he should Change to Gmail the best email
100% he will recive the Email

gmail or hotmails doesnt work. just keep trying to send some tickets in and give him all the previous histories of paypal acct, 4 digits of last # on CC, stuff like that and just ask to change the email if possible.
