since i have Vista Home Premium, i have to located RUN through "start search" in start.
next, i open it up and type in 'cmd'
after seeing the cmd window, i type in ipconfig /flushdns
however when i type that in it says:

Type cmd and then hold CTRL+SHIFT as you press enter or right click the icon and choose run as adminstrator and press ok at the confirmation screen.
