Problem with the FTP server

For some time now i cant open the ko ftp server ftp://download.knightonlineworld.com/knight/upgrade and i guess for same reasons when i start the launcher it sais " cannot connect to ftp sever"
Any ideas how to fix this ?

have you checked your server.ini in your ko folder?
if its kologin.blah change it to login.blah
