Problem, lagging when im running in ko

okay... i have a problem when im running in ko it laggs and thats the only time it laaggs. When it load and everything else is going perfect. btw its a brand new computer with 3 gb ram some kind of intel pentium dual core procssor and vista.

i have think its the graphic card... can it be? my grapich card is a mobile intel® 965 express or something like that.

wrong by me... my grapich card is INTEL GMA X3100 and i have direct x 9.0
