problem with launcher

I uninstalled ko because of the xtrap/avg things, and reinstalled it..

when it came back, the launcher starter was in some hinese or smoething, and i was able to get in game. Then after ie xited and tried to load again, it freezes... launcher doesnt respond, and i cant log in.

This has happened 5/5 times ive downloaded..... guna try download . com this time.. maybe it will work.

any thoughts/ help?

ii did that 40 times already... the launcher freezes and its in chinese
