    Default Problem with my mage :O

    Hey all

    So, 2 Days ago, i logged into KO after i quit for some time, i logged into my old account and found out its Blocked because i didnt log in for a while..

    Anyways, i entered site to Unblock my account and got a message: "Check Your Email" or something like that, that is the main part, i need to check my email to activate my account in site, and than i can activate with SMS the trade thingy, the problem is i forgot my email and i cant check what my email is...

    Anyway, wanted to know if there is a way to Unblock my account without Buying premium or spend real life money for it..
    My acc is 62 and got some uniques on it, i wont open a new acc now -_-


    Anyway, if someone knows a way i would be happy if he can share it here

    I dont think that you will be happy, but the same happened to me and when i saw my Character, he was all naked D: and now i wrote a ticket but after 1 Week theres still no answer D:

    I think your account is blocked and they will not open it. Just go through the forum and you will see some other players also lost their account due to inactivity, but keep trying.

    yah, people already told me that, someone said he waited 2month and still got no answer.

    Write a ticket asking them what email you used to make this account, may be they will tell you.

    If send a ticket on a prem account they will ask u questions to verify it account.....non prem? U won't get helped

    yah i sent a ticket but got no answer, asked for the email..

    Yah, they help only prem, thats bad, it only prooves how bad is their support team, The NonPrem users must do something about that, its so shitty -_-

    Knight Online support is always bad for the non premiums. The non premiums always got one thing to do and that is just waaaaait

    No Prem - No Answer - No Acc - Quit game

    Before you quit, just spam some more tickets to them and try your luck :P
