i sed paypal earlier in the day.

I went to login so i could buy some stuff and the website wont open, yet it works for every1 else it also works if i use a proxy but wont login to the site incase sumthing goes wrong cos of proxy.

Any ideas what i can do to stop it? ive deleted my cookies
