Well i just link my Vanilla Visa Gift Card,,, and all went fine.. but i waited 24 hours to see my balance.. but there is just 1.95 usd... and i went to vanila Web site.. and there is 48.5 usd ,, how can i put all my 48.5 usd on my paypal account

you add your credit card to your paypal account and make it as primary
then when u use your paypal account to buy something it will take the money off from your primary selected credit card (i think at the moment you cant just add money to your paypal account)
