PROBLEM WITH PREMIUM

hello all...
dunno where write this problem so i will try here...

at this night i bought gold premium fro my account..all was ok cuz i got SMS to my mobil about that money is out ....but when i log to game i am still NON PREMIUM...and in history on main side there is nothink about that i buy premium this night...

so waht to do now?

How did you pay for it? Sometimes it takes some time. Check your credit card/debit card account balance and see if you were charged. If you were charged send them an e-mail about it and they should be able to correct it.

i awalys buy with CC and it is awalys there when i buy
