Problem with Seal/Unseal Code

So I created an account not a long time ago and with my validation e-mail I receive a Seal/Unseal PW... but this code has 8 LETTERS wich I cant click on the keypad. Then I go on the website to set one so I enter my Security Answer then it tells me to click in 8 numbers then press confirm... but when u click on the 8th number, the CONFIRM button just vanishes....

Can anybody help me w that ?

And yes, I am platinum premium

-Send a ticket
-Not using 0 as first or last digit

click the secret key or wutever its a called. answer the secret question and then u type ur new seal u want and press confirm

Fucking read sometimes dude I said that when I click in 8 numbers the CONFIRM button disapears

i had the same problem i just logged out of kol and ran the browser in compatabily view on ie8 and it worked for me


and i know a couple of people who got theirs fixed just from trying different numbers/ relogged kol
