problem while installing Windows SQL server

i dled it through microsoft website ...
it was .exe file , i opened it and it started to extract files...
when its almost done , it says Error : not enough space in C:/ device . please make sure u have 4xxmb free space"...
its all good and everything but the fact that i have 52 free GB on C:/...
i got illegal windows xp professional(shhhh)...i think it might be the reason for it...
any help would be appreciated...

i started the instalation
and it works
