problems..

When i go to start ko, i click start and xtrap pops up like usual but after step 3 of xtrap, my computer just freezes and i cant move my mouse or do anything... i have to turn my computer off and turn it back on... all the computers in my house are getting this problem... i think it has something to do with xtrap? :S help pls
