You really think they blocked his account for something he did wrong? No. His account is "blocked" because its not activated yet. Dont bother arguing with me unless you think before you talk. lol see if that e-mail works. I believe I read that on official website that you have to call them once to activate it. Try getting a calling card, those are always cheap.
