2# : Have some problem with the patchs, so you probably didn't downloaded one of them or something and then got banned cuz of outdated files.

even I think so.. try to play fair next time if you were banned because of using koxp/hacks... also may be reinstalling the whole game may fix your problem.. go for it and if it doesn't help then try to play fair..
