problems with ko

i have otp on an account of mine, my daughter got ahold of my phone and deleted the app and now i cant access my account. ive tried to remove the otp via website and the ko panel says it failed to send verification text and theres nothing wrong with my phone... also the ICS website when i try to log in it does absolutly nothing... i put my id and password it and when u click ok to log in the screen flashes and goes right back to blank spaces someone help please i just baught n points on this account and now i cant use it -_-

You have to reset settings of OTP at their site. Then you have to activate OTP on your account once again. I had a same problem when I did format my hard drive.

I feel dumb all i had to do is delete cookies... smh

First u need 5 kc and reset OTP settings.
