Problems logging through Steam Knight Online

Hello guys,

I get this when I try to log on Steam Knight Online. How can I solve this problem?
I tried to relog/relaunch steam and knight online both but that didn't work out.
I didn't choose a server, nation or anything yet!

I found the problem.
My brother and me cannot play together on 1 ip.
Is an IP hider banable? And if it's not where can I download one for free?

You can play together but you need to have both accounts with premium.

Well, actually only need one of you have premium, when you play, log the non-pre account first and pre account later.

Well, i can confirm it, because i have 2 accounts, one just to merchant or buff/rezz me , it has no premium, only my main account has pre. :P
