Problems with Seal/Unseal items

I used to be able to Seal/Unseal my items before Security Keypad was implemented and even After Security Keypad was enabled. Now Security Keypad Disabled I cannot seal and or unseal. I know im putting in right passcode and I have platinum premium. I have tried my old answer before changed to the new keypad code too. anyone else having this problem?

EDIT: I asked one of my clannies to see if they could seal/unseal. His works and the keypad popped up and he had to mouse click it in. My keypad doesnt pop up. :S

NVM fixed...I had to just tried reinstalling patches and it worked for some reason my version was 1714 and I swear I patched it to 1717 when it came out. xD
