Problems using npcs and merchan

I log in the server and afther sometime i cant use my right botun of my mouse to go the npcs and In or even see what a merchan prices.
Anyone have this problem and know how to get this ok?

Its not all times and is afther a minuts.

its lag... goto select char then log back in, it seems to fix it

Ty but its not the lag cuz I left the game and log again and the problem stays.
I think maybe other problem not the lag.
Waiting some help
