    i remember that last week i could see my complain and check its status.. but now i can't find this option.. so can any one give me a link to it or tell me how can i find it?

    it wasn't from my email.. and i think that i deleted it :X

    ok i found it

    its single complain view...

    3 weeks passed and still no answer fuk k2

    lol are you surprised???? i would have expected an automated response for that aswell.

    well they said 14 busines days ( here its 16 days coz of saturday, idk if sunday is a work day in usa or not, but if its not, the time still passed)

    so i guess that BBB is useless too against k2 ^^

    sunday not a work day here in the states and neither is saturday, and also today monday is a holiday.

    Has everybody else who filed a complaint actually had an answer? Do you only get an answer from K2 or from the BBB as well?

    it suppost to be from k2... but k2 is k2... don't give a dam about the costumers..
