i noticed some people sometimes send me money with out any fees being processed. how do you do this?

There is a way called Payment owed.

Thats what ppl usually use.

If you send money as a Gift or over Personal Payment Owed you are not taxed, this is not 100%, some countries are exempt from this. If you send money either of these ways i believe its harder to chargeback or at least win the case.
